Mahzar Ali is a food brand that offers olive oil, coffee and breakfast treats with the same care. To stand behind every product, we state clearly what it is and where it comes from.
Our olives come from around the Kaz Mountains, known as the "region of oxygen". Olives picked early, before they fully ripen, give less oil, but that oil smells more intense and tastes livelier. Early-harvest oils usually have a fresh, fruity start and a light bitterness.
Our label says "high polyphenol". Use it on bread, on salads, as the finishing touch on your table.

Our espresso beans are 100% Arabica, a special washed-process blend. Our Turkish coffee is prepared with a traditional roast, for a richly foamy cup from the cezve.
